Existing Customer Questions

We will supply everything contained within your chosen package – time allowing. We do NOT supply the following:

  • Cake
  • Food
  • Decorations
  • Venue
  • Balloons
We will always arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party to set up

Each of our entertainer are highly trained in performance and will supply as close to the chosen characters as possible.

**Disclaimer – it is not the intention of NWC Parties to breach any copywright laws. All of our characters are inspired by fairytales and folklore and are not licensed characters. We do not intend to cause any copywright infringement with any theme park or company. If you wish to hire a licensed character please contact them directly.**

We will supply all of the music for a Full Party package and the music for the duration of our visit.
We do not offer party bags however we are always happy to try and put you in contact with suppliers.
Once you have chosen your package please contact us either via our Facebook page or email nwcparties@yahoo.com with your date, location and preferred package. We will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours or less.
Once we have established the above information and availability we will put together your booking form and send over the deposit information. Your booking is ONLY secured once the deposit is paid.
We are flexible with packages but this does depend on availability of characters and entertainers,please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to alter your package.
Of course! We love a good package combination – from under the sea Superhero's to Wizards and Pirates it's double the fun!
If you need to cancel your party your deposit is non-refundable, we ask that you let us know as quickly as possible if you have to cancel.
We travel 35 minutes within the following postcodes: LL12 9EF and M25ODS We don't charge petrol for any bookings within a 7 mile radius of the above postcodes. After 7 miles it is £1 per mile.
